Refund & Cancellation

Quick resolution for every request

Introduction

At COBRACODE, we aim to deliver quick, secure, and efficient mobile and bill payment services. We value your trust and strive to ensure that all refund and cancellation requests are managed with transparency and care.

This policy covers:

  • How refunds are initiated and processed
  • When cancellations are allowed
  • What happens if a transaction remains incomplete/li>

1. Recharge Transactions

  • Once a recharge or bill payment has been completed successfully, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded.
  • Users are advised to carefully verify their mobile number, biller details, and payment amount before confirming the transaction.

2. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment does not go through due to a technical issue or operator downtime:

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • In certain cases, the refunded amount may be added to your COBRACODE wallet for future use.
  • You will receive an SMS or email notification once your refund has been processed.

3. Duplicate Transactions

  • If multiple successful payments are made for the same number or bill, only one transaction will be considered valid.
  • Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed according to our verification and refund policy.

4. Wallet/Balance Refunds

  • Wallet top-ups are final and cannot be reversed or refunded once credited.
  • The wallet balance can only be used for purchases or services on COBRACODE and cannot be transferred back to a bank account.

5. Delayed Recharges

  • Sometimes, recharges or bill updates may take up to 24 hours due to operator delays.
  • If the service is not completed within 24 hours, users may raise a refund or support request.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, COBRACODE will investigate the issue and make the final decision after transaction verification.
  • Once verified, the resolution or refund decision will be considered final and binding.

7. How to Request Refunds

  • Users must contact customer support within 48 hours of a failed or disputed transaction.
  • Please provide your registered number, operator/biller name, transaction date, and payment reference ID.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review or refund.
